The exhaust on James Glickenhaus’ real one comes out lower, But it’s not like I’ve spent any time with a real one to know.
But I could care less. It’s still bad ass. If you need Natty Light, and McDonalds... If you think it’s real, let me know why. It sounds like a V8 to me

Duh and/or hello. That sounds unmistakably like a V8. Besides, the YT description says as much.
When you have to pick up Natty Light & McDonalds in your P4.
RCR P4, LS3

If you’re gonna drive a kit car... This is the one to drive. I’d take it everywhere

Not really digging the proportions on that one.

This video has convinced me that I need to turbo my car and make it straight piped. obnoxious and fun. screw everybody else.

What if it was black, with flaming chicken on the hood, & powered by Pontiac? Hell, I’d drive that
![]() 11/29/2016 at 00:31 |

Yeah it’s definitely a kit

It even says in the video title that it’s an RCR 330 with an LS3.

I know. Did you see the difference in what you get with the 3 kit packages. The standard package is not for a novice.

The racequip belts give it away that it’s not a real 330. But you figured out its not real anyways!

Man, I had no idea about this company till now!
Any idea what one of these costs? I understand they sell cars minus the drive train and a bunch of other things, but if you can get one completely built for like $60k, that’s awesome!

IDK it’s the list price of the kit ($26k-$44k) plus all the driving bits. So yeah, you could probably do one for <$60,000.

Sweet Jeebus Marty and Jhaeseph!
I don’t know if I hate myself enough to get this as a DD over a Cayman S/F Type S.....but the D Type and 917 are glorious!!!!

Gahhhh I love these RCR cars. Future plans include a RCR 917.

I’ve seen that car at Katies Cars&Coffee before. It’s a replica.
Seeing those Montana plates makes me wonder what else the guy has.

Saw one of these repros in my home town over the summer i was flabbergasted then flummoxed then disappointed then strangely happy that the shape could be afforded to mere mortal men.

It’s just an odd shape. If I was considering a kit car of that period of lemans I would build either a ford gt40 or a Lola t70. Both are available and much better looking imo.
